I like the idea of an inspection stamp bus card, I've combined it with off cuts and a plug cutter. 

New CBG called Redbone

I've reworked the amp circuit on this one. There is a buffer in the front end and a speaker out option (which would also be a serious Fuzz plugged into the input of a guitar amp) I put a treble boost and a gain control on this one as well. If you're using the internal amp and speakers you can plug another instrument in to the out put jack and then that instrument will go through the built in system too.

I haven't worked out pricing yet but he'll be looking for a home soon. 

60's Hofner 12 string missing saddle assembly

The bridge was loose and the metal tail piece/bridge plate was missing the screws.

I cut a piece of aluminum from a turnbuckle.

 Shaped it to fit, drilled the holes for height adjustment and cut the slots for the saddles.

 A piece of Corian was cut into an extruded T shape for making  saddles.

 Saddles were cut and shaped from the corian.

 This is a close approximation of the pictures I found online. I had 3 more to do I could get it perfect.
